Job Title: 3D Visualiser

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 p.a.+ bonus.
 
Overview:
 
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualiser to join our team of workplace design and build experts. Your role will be essential in transforming initial design concepts into compelling, high-quality visual experiences for our clients.
 
Role Purpose:
 
The 3D Visualiser will collaborate closely with the Design teams to develop and produce concepts and graphics that effectively communicate projects to clients through professional, high-quality images and animations. This role is integral to the wider Design team, which focuses on projects greater than 5,000 sq ft.

Core Responsibilities:
 

• Visual Production: Work closely with designers to understand initial concepts and design intent, translating these into graphic representations.
• 3D Rendering: Produce photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations, applying interpretation and artistic design ability where necessary to represent ideas visually.
• Technical Translation: Accurately read and interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modelling data, and convert this data to realise designs as compelling imagery. 
• Post-Production: Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations on 3D renderings.
• Workflow Support: Assist in refining workflows and provide support and training to architectural and landscape staff to integrate visuals into the design process.
• Resource Management: Develop and maintain a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications.
• Innovation: Explore new hardware and software technologies to enhance service quality, improve visualisations, and increase efficiency.  

Candidate Specification:
 
Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Proven post-qualification experience (1-2 years minimum) in producing high-quality architectural or interior still images and animations.
• Software Expertise: Must be proficient in 3ds Max 2026, Corona, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Photo, and AutoCAD.
• Modelling: Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations, with knowledge of related visualisation and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative working relationships.
• Work Ethic: Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines , and work proactively and autonomously.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.  

Qualifications:

• Visualisation or Architectural qualification or an equivalent Technical Diploma from an accredited institute.  

Non-Essential / Desirable:

• Experience from the Architecture or Interiors sector is welcomed, but prior experience from the Design & Build sector is not essential.
• Non-essential experience in the use of Adobe Premier or Adobe After Effects, and plugins such as Forest Pack.
