Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality Projects

Salary: £55,000-65,000 p.a.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer with proven experience in high end hospitality design to join our clients growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful, innovative interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of hospitality projects from concept through completion
• Create design concepts, mood boards, presentations, and detailed drawing packages
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and design quality standards
• Conduct site visits, coordinate FF&E selections, and support installation processes
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture when required

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, bars, resorts, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, building codes, and hospitality industry standards
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, and other design software
• FF&E specifications and procurement experience
• Leadership or team management background
