Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Y1 £50,000 on target earnings)

Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the driving force of our mission. You'll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and placing top talent within the interior design and construction sectors. What You'll Do:

• Forge Relationships: Build and nurture strong connections with leading clients in the interior design and construction industries.
• Talent Scout: Discover, screen, and interview exceptional candidates for diverse and exciting roles.
• Seize Opportunities: Seek out and seize new business opportunities through strategic networking, cold calling, and attending high-profile industry events.
• Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to provide cutting-edge insights.
• Guide & Consult: Offer consultative advice and expert guidance to both clients and candidates, ensuring smooth and successful recruitment journeys.
• Collaborate: Work with our innovative team to develop groundbreaking sourcing strategies and deliver outstanding service.
• Negotiate & Seal: Negotiate and seal employment offers, creating win-win scenarios for clients and candidates.
• Cultivate Relationships: Manage and cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business and sustained satisfaction.
• Hit Targets: Exceed individual and team-based targets, celebrating collective and personal victories.

• An eye for design, preferably with experience in interior design or architecture.
