As the Associate Director of Client Services, you will lead business growth across France and the EMEA region, focusing on corporate interiors and workplace design. You will identify high-value opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships, and position the company as a market leader in workplace consultancy and design.
Working closely with the Paris office and global teams, you will drive revenue growth, mentor junior staff, and shape business strategies that align with regional and international objectives. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base—spanning multinational corporations, real estate advisors, and design partners—while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Business Development & Market Strategy
• Develop and execute growth strategies for Paris and the broader EMEA region
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach
• Position the company as a preferred partner for workplace strategy, design, and project delivery
• Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling proposals, presentations, and client materials
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle
• Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business through strategic account management
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a small commercial team, fostering professional growth
• Work closely with EMEA leadership to align local strategies with global business goals
• Drive innovation in lead generation and sales processes
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to assess opportunities, risks, and market trends
• Deliver monthly reports on KPIs, revenue forecasts, and competitive insights
Essential Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years in business development, preferably in workplace design or commercial interiors
• Strong understanding of Parisian and EMEA corporate property markets
• Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and key accounts
• Exceptional communication skills - fluency in French and English preferred
• Strategic mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
• Leadership experience with ability to motivate and develop a team

• Existing network of contacts in corporate real estate or workplace design
• Experience working in an international, matrixed organization
• Background in consultative sales or professional services
