Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Provide strategic oversight and direction for all technical aspects of workplace design and construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, pre-construction, and delivery teams to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain the highest technical standards, ensuring all deliverables meet regulatory requirements, client specifications, and company benchmarks.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients, providing technical expertise and reassurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Strategic Input: Participate in senior leadership meetings, contributing to the overall strategy and operational planning of the business.

 
Your Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior technical role within the UK workplace design and construction sector.
• Expertise in REVIT, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and technical design principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing high-level oversight with detailed technical input.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of workplace design.
