About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Graduate or Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in workplace design. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, with technical proficiency in key industry software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of creative workplace design concepts and solutions.
• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D visualisations and presentations using SketchUp and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with project managers, senior designers, and clients to deliver inspiring workplace interiors.
• Conduct site visits and assist with on-site coordination.
• Support the production of design presentations and mood boards.
• Undertake research on materials, products, and trends in workplace design.

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for workplace design and the ability to adapt ideas to meet client needs.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Up to 12 months' internship experience within a workplace design company or similar environment.
• Up to 4 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Familiarity with industry trends, materials, and spatial planning.
