Job Overview:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to make an immediate impact on dynamic construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Project Manager, assisting in overseeing various construction projects from initial site survey and estimating, all the way through to post-completion meetings with clients. The position presents a great chance for advancing professionally and progressing in your career at the company.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial client meetings with the Senior Project Manager to outline specifications and estimate project costs.
• Preparing tenders for workplace commercial fit-out projects.
• Reviewing technical drawings to determine job specifications and coordinating with suppliers to obtain cost estimates.
• Reviewing profit margins to ensure profitability for all projects during the quoting/tendering process.
• Supervising active projects and conducting weekly on-site inspections to ensure progress meets deadlines.
• Attend weekly meetings with clients, in collaboration with the senior project manager, to provide project progress updates.
• Completion of all project-related administrative tasks, including purchasing, work-in-progress reports, and ensuring all health and safety documentation is in place.

• At least 5-6 years of Construction Project Management experience, most preferably in the office workplace fit-out sector.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• proficiency in MS Excel and other software tools,
• Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under tight deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills in the construction industry.
