Job Title: Furniture Coordinator – Workplace Fit-Out Specialist
Salary: £40k -45kp.a.
Location: Surrey | Full Time

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate, methodical, and highly organized Furniture Coordinator with experience in the Design & Build, Fit-Out, Dealer, or Manufacturing sector. You’ll need a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to supporting the team. As part of a dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial team, your primary focus will be to assist the Sales team with product selections, quotations, and project management from order placement to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:
  
  • Act as the direct liaison between clients and the Sales team to finalize specifications and secure orders.
  • Take responsibility for projects once handed over from the Sales team, coordinating until handover to the Project Manager (the Salesperson retains overall responsibility).
  • Manage additional or ad hoc client requests in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness while referring major decisions to the Sales team.
  • Prepare quotes based on client briefs and design drawings.
• Supplier & Order Management:
  
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and address any supply chain queries.
  • Verify order acknowledgements against placed orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure drawings and presentations meet client expectations.
  • Check and sign off invoices against orders placed.
• Project Execution & Delivery:
  
  • Oversee projects from order placement to completion, ensuring smooth handover to the Project Manager.
  • Produce O&M (Operation and Maintenance) Manuals for project completion.
  • Conduct project completion reviews to ensure all deliverables meet client requirements.
• Financial & Administrative Tasks:
  
  • Create, monitor, and close out financial reports for projects.
