360 Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Sector | Coventry | Up to £35K + Commission
Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking for a role where you can make an impact? Our client, a thriving industrial recruitment agency, is expanding their team in Coventry and looking for a motivated recruiter to drive success.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Business Development – Building relationships with new and existing clients, generating leads, and securing vacancies
• Candidate Sourcing – Attracting and screening candidates for warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing roles
• Client Management – Understanding client needs, coordinating interviews, and ensuring the right fit
• Onboarding & Compliance – Managing registrations, right-to-work checks, and reference processes
• Account Management – Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and ensuring service excellence
• Site Visits & Check-ins – Meeting clients and candidates on-site to build rapport and oversee placements
