Warehouse Operative – PM Shift - Temp to Perm Opportunity in Redditch

Coats Recruitment is seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives for a temp-to-perm role in a clean, friendly warehouse in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, quick, and looking to grow in a long-term role.

The Role:

• Location: Redditch B98
• Shift: Afternoon, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 2pm till 11pm
• Pay: £11.50, with potential for permanent placement

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking products using handheld scanners
• Moving items with trolleys to packing stations
• Packing products with care and attention to detail
• Ensuring speed and accuracy in a physically active role

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with a physically demanding role
