The opportunity: As our Digital Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping, optimising, and governing BankVic’s digital products and assets including our website, digital forms, tools, calculators and app. Your work will directly influence how our members discover, engage with, and enjoy our digital ecosystem.
Working closely with the Head of Product & Digital Experience, you’ll turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations that elevate our online member experience. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, external vendors and partners, to deliver digital solutions and run human centred designed workshops that prioritise feature delivery, innovation and member-focused improvements.
Responsibilities: - Oversee production deployments for web and app updates while supporting strong digital asset governance through audits, risk identification, and control recommendations.
- Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and trends, using data and analytics to guide digital product optimisation and measure the impact of new initiatives.
- Analyse member feedback and end-to-end digital journeys, delivering insights, performance analysis, and persona development to guide continuous improvement across all digital channels.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver data‑driven insights across SEO, SEM, CRO, and UX, leading behavioural analytics and optimisation recommendations while ensuring SEO‑friendly metadata and keyword strategies for campaigns and content.
- Apply an agile mindset to drive ongoing digital product improvements while maintaining a clear, accessible repository of content reviews to keep digital assets current and well‑governed.
Who we are looking for: - Tertiary qualification in product management, information technology, business or a related field.
- Proven experience enhancing digital products and channels, with exposure to banking environments and familiarity with supporting technology systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including experience working with third party providers to deliver digital solutions.
- Highly regarded experience across forms product implementation, API integration, digital analytics, and digital governance activities including audits and compliance.
- Understanding of HCD and Agile principles and experience in financial services is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to create customer‑driven digital experiences by balancing user needs with internal business priorities.
- Strong experience with onsite testing and experimentation (A/B, MVT, personalisation), alongside proficiency in analytics and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, HotJar) and familiarity with CMS platforms, online forms, web analytics, and broader digital technologies.
