The Role: As a Mobile Lending Manager, you will maintain and grow the BankVic brand through building relationships with key contacts and being actively involved with the BankVic community. You will ensure our members are always first priority and experience high levels of customer service through regular follow-up and meeting them at mutually requested time and location.
This role requires work to be performed outside of normal office hours and travel to regional areas.
Key responsibilities:
Build strong relationships across your designated region through regular contact, onsite visits, and delivering of presentation programs and financial education.
Stay informed on current financial products and market trends to provide accurate, relevant guidance
Manage lending enquiries, appointments, applications, referrals, and follow-ups efficiently.
Oversee loan approvals and guide each application through to successful settlement.
Work closely with the regional branch network to ensure a seamless, consistent experience for members.
Engage with local communities and member charities to strength BankVic’s relationships and identify new opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
RG146 Tier 2 Certification (or willingness to obtain) and strong knowledge of financial services regulations, including AFSL, ACL, Privacy, and NCCP obligations.
Solid understanding of lending processes and products, from application through to settlement.
Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, deliver presentations, and drive business development outcomes.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets with a customer‑centric approach.
High level of compliance awareness and experience working within a highly regulated environment.
