This role will see you responsible for coordinating and managing mobilisation requirements for a range of innovative, sustainable projects, and ensuring the workforce is adequately trained, compliant, and ready for action, when it matters most!

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Process and coordinate mobilisation of resources for projects, including organising training, PPE, and site inductions for staff and workforce.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport for personnel.
• Mobilise personnel using client-specific systems, ensuring resources are mobilised within required timeframes, maintaining compliance, following client processes and ensuring regulatory requirements are adhered to.
• Provide regular updates to the recruitment and operations teams.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a proactive problem-solving approach and can-do attitude.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

 Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the mining industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication, and relationship-building skills with a team-first approach
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
