.We're looking for a motivated and organised Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our National Office team in Wellington.

About us
English Language Partners is a not-for-profit, award-winning education provider that has been providing English language programmes and settlement services to adult migrants and former refugees throughout New Zealand for over 40 years.
With 21 centres spanning from Whangārei to Invercargill, our dedicated team of 350 staff and 800 volunteers support more than 8,000 learners.
We have recently started a new service called Pathways to Employment which helps refugee-background job seekers find work. So, we need an extra pair of hands in our Marketing, Communications and Fundraising Team to support this work.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising, this role supports the delivery of internal and external communications and marketing activities.
You'll learn as you go and help produce, publish and monitor communications and marketing content for staff, volunteers, learners, job seekers and stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Produce a range of content including stories, photos and videos.
- Use a range of platforms and tools including SharePoint, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to social media enquiries and comments.
- Maintain stakeholder lists, photo libraries, and administrative systems to support the team.
What you'll bring We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
You may be a great fit if you: - Have a tertiary qualification in communications or marketing (or equivalent experience) or are in your final year of study.
- Are a marcoms all-rounder - you can do basic video editing, create graphics using Canva and can writing engaging, audience-focused content.
- Are highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Are confident using digital platforms and tools and willing to learn more.
- Have strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Enjoy collaborating with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Bring initiative, positivity, and a willingness to learn.
- Proficient English speaker.
It would be a bonus if you have experience with: - SharePoint intranets
- Mailchimp or Active Campaign
- Canva
- Social media channels
- Websites including UX and publishing
- Google platforms including YouTube and Google Business Profile
- Speak another language.
