We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who brings technical confidence, curiosity and a collaborative mindset. If you enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring others and seeing your designs come to life in the field, this could be a great next step.

You’ll join a supportive, highly skilled engineering team delivering practical, site-specific solutions across power, pumping, controls, renewables and infrastructure projects.


What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor of Engineering — Electrical, Electronic or equivalent
• 5+ years’ post-graduate industry experience
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards, construction processes and technical compliance
• Experience across electrical design, switchboards, control panels, generators, drives, renewables, HV or control systems
• Commercial awareness, clear communication and confidence working with clients, suppliers and project teams
• PowerCad-5 experience will be highly regarded

What you’ll do:

• Lead electrical engineering input across design, product selection, testing, installation and commissioning
• Provide technical guidance on MCCs, switchboards, control panels, generators, drives, renewables, HV and control systems
• Review client specifications, tenders, drawings, calculations and technical deliverables
• Support site work through inspections, commissioning and practical problem-solving
• Mentor engineers, chair reviews and contribute to a culture of learning, safety and continuous improvement
• Partner with clients, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver smarter, reliable energy solutions
