About The Opportunity: UON are seeking a dedicated and professional Management Accountant responsible for accurate and timely production of financial data at our Energy office in Malaga Perth WA.
About You: This position will suit a seasoned Management Accountant who has demonstrable communication and collaboration skills and thrives in a busy environment where no two days are the same.

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with all departmental areas.
- Ability to maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Requirements: - 3 - 5 years' experience in similar role
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Provide financial analysis and insights on asset utilisation and profitability.
- Oversee monthly invoicing ensuring accuracy across billing cycles and lease terms.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts, including scenario modelling.
- Deliver variance analysis against budget and prior periods, providing actionable recommendations.
- Own the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), including capitalisation, disposals, depreciation, and asset lifecycle tracking.
- Partner with operations to monitor asset performance, downtime, maintenance costs, and return on investment.
- Analyse capital expenditure and support investment decisions on new or replacement assets.
- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management in a capital-intensive environment.
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation across finance and asset tracking.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
