UON is currently seeking experienced and self-motivated Operators to join our Projects team on a 2:1 roster.

Key duties of this role includes:

• Operate and maintain the Company and equipment to Company, Client and manufacturers requirements.
• Strong understanding of inspection test report (ITRs) and hold points.
• Strong understanding of compaction methods.
• Working knowledge of site safety requirements to observe and maintain a high level of safety practice at all times.
• Manage own time to complete assigned tasks with minimal or no supervision.
• Work as a team to develop and utilise the skills and knowledge required to deliver quality.
• Think and behave in accordance with UON Values and Behaviours.
• Participation and delivery of site and workshop tasks/works as directed by supervisor/management.
• Perform any additional tasks as required from time to time.

Tickets: 

• Current M or A (WA) HR Class Drivers Licence
• White/Blue Card Construction
• Valid Operating Tickets – Excavator (LE)
• Valid Operating Tickets -IT Loader
• Valid Operating Tickets -Skid steer Loader (LS)
• Valid Grader Ticket (60t)
• Valid Dozer Ticket (D6 - D10)
• Current Chainsaw certification
• Current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF)
• Current High Risk Work Licence – Dogging (DG)
• Valid Load restraint training (Secure Cargo & Load And Unload Goods/Cargo)
• Current High Risk Work Licence - C6 – Up to 60 tonne capacity slewing crane
• Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) Training
• Cardiopulmonary Perform Resuscitation (CPR) Training
• Senior First Aid Training
• Current Nationally Accredited Confined Space Ticket (within 2 years)
• Chain of Responsibility – Drivers Training
