UON’s business centres around the design, manufacturing, supply, construction and maintenance of remote, off-grid power and water infrastructure, with many of the products manufactured in UON’s Malaga facility, based on proprietary and patented designs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Undertake planned and adhoc inspections on the condition of UON products as required.
Predictive and reactive service, maintenance, and repair of a Power Generation equipment.
Trouble shooting and provide professional advise as required
Technical client liaison at various stages of Jobs.
Travel away from Home to site or stay at the Kalgoorlie base Yard as per work needs.
Provide a high level of verbal and written communications to clients
Adherence to All company policies and procedures, including but not limited to HR, QA, HSE and other relevant systems
Skills & Experience
Must have a trade certificate (HV, HD- Mechanical trade cert) with Skills in mechanical fitting/engine maintenance
Experience working with Diesel engines
Hold a current and valid WA HR Licence
Mechanical Testing
Experience working within the mining and resources industry
Pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
