Production Labourer | Cannabis Manufacturing | Full Training Provided

We are looking for motivated, hands-on people to join a growing production team in the cannabis manufacturing space. You do not need a background in the industry or a list of credentials. What you do need is a positive attitude, a careful eye, and a willingness to learn. Everything else, including how to work with cannabis product safely and accurately, is taught on the job.
This is active, meaningful work in a regulated environment where quality matters, alongside a friendly team that values what every person brings to the floor. If you have been looking for a real starting point in an industry that is still growing, this is it.

Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most entry-level production jobs expect you to arrive already knowing the work. This one is built around teaching you. You will learn a regulated manufacturing environment from the ground up, gaining skills in packaging, quality, and documentation that carry real value as you build your career. The team is supportive and welcomes people from all backgrounds, so you will never be left to figure it out alone. You also get a genuine say in your schedule, with five shift options including a four-day, ten-hour workweek, plus health and dental coverage to support your well-being.

What You'll Be Doing

• Packaging, weighing, and labeling cannabis product accurately so every unit meets quality standards
• Completing batch records and documentation that keep production organized and traceable
• Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and safe for you and your team
• Supporting your teammates to hit shared production goals each shift

What We're Looking For

• No previous experience or education required
• A quick learner who is eager to be trained on every part of the process
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs throughout your shift
• Detail-oriented, careful, and accurate in your work
• A team player who is happy to pitch in and support others
• At least 19 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Able to pass a background check
• WHMIS training completed prior to start
• Able to work without acrylic nails, rings, or jewelry, with any non-removable piercings taped while on shift
