What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a Class 1 tractor-trailer on open board freight across a variety of lanes, loads, and customers.
• Transport freight across Canada and the United States, including loaded, empty, and bobtail miles as applicable.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain safe, roadworthy equipment.
• Follow all applicable transportation, safety, and cross-border compliance requirements.
• Manage trip planning and schedules while coordinating with the dispatch team.
• Maintain a professional approach and a strong commercial driving safety record.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Valid Class 1 driver's licence
• Clean commercial driver's abstract and excellent safety record
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
• Tractor model year 2019 or newer, with a fully functioning DEF system
• Willingness and ability to operate cross-border CAN/US open board freight

Location & Work Model Home Terminal: Aberfoyle, Ontario area

Work Model: Independent Owner Operator, on the road, operating CAN/US open board freight.
Regular cross-border travel between Canada and the United States is required.
