This OTR company driver position is based out of Eagan, Minnesota, with established routes, late-model Peterbilt equipment, and dispatch support to keep you moving.

Compensation — Mileage Pay Based on Experience

• $0.62 CPM — 6 months to 1 year of driving experience
• $0.63 CPM — 1 to 2 years of driving experience
• $0.64 CPM — 2+ years of driving experience

Mileage pay applies to all loaded and empty miles. Additional compensation is available for eligible layovers, breakdowns, detention, and stops.
What You'll Be Doing

• Drive over-the-road routes across an established multi-state network, delivering freight safely and on schedule.
• Operate late-model Peterbilt equipment and complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow DOT/FMCSA regulations and hours-of-service requirements.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, layovers, and breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate driving records and uphold high safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 23 years of age
• At least 1 year of OTR Class A driving experience within the last 3 years, or 6 months of continuous OTR experience with a clean PSP and MVR
• Current DOT medical card and long-form medical examination report
• Clear status in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, with no open violations
• Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and dependable service

Home Terminal & Route Coverage Home Terminal: Eagan, Minnesota
Routes cover Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia.

This is an over-the-road position requiring extended time away from home while operating assigned lanes.
