Licensed Truck Technician — Heavy-Duty Fleet | Winnipeg, MBThis isn't a run-of-the-mill fleet job. You'll be working with a well-established national transportation company backed by a major rail and logistics group — which means serious stability without the cold, corporate feel. The shop is technology-driven, the fleet is diverse, and the leadership team genuinely invests in the people on the floor.
You'll have exposure to a wide variety of makes and models, mentorship pathways toward lead-hand progression, and a company that reimburses courses when they apply to your daily work. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM — every Friday off, no exceptions, no rotating schedules. And if relocation is what it takes to get the right person in the door, they're open to that conversation.
Why This Opportunity Is DifferentMost technician postings offer a wage range and a bullet list of tasks. This one is different. The 4-day schedule alone puts it in a category most shops can't compete with. Add to that one of the most comprehensive technician compensation packages in the Winnipeg market and a retention record that speaks for itself — when people join this shop, they don't leave. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople in a culture built on mentorship, quality, and doing things right.
What You'll Be Doing - Performing advanced diagnostics and complex repairs across engines, drivetrains, braking systems, and auxiliary systems on a diverse heavy-duty fleet
