Packaging and Material Handler | 1st Shift | Monday to Friday
Fill, package, and inspect orders on an early Monday to Friday 1st shift, with room to cross-train onto production lines.
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with weekend overtime only if you want it.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
A real chance to cross-train on slitting and traverse winding lines as you grow.
A team that puts safety, quality, and trust first.
Want to be done by 2:30 and still have your whole afternoon ahead of you? This position gives you a consistent Monday to Friday 1st shift, and your weekends stay yours unless you choose to pick up extra hours.
You'll be the person who makes sure every order goes out right. You'll fill and package orders to spec, move material using the packaging line, forklift, or crane, and give every order a final inspection before it leaves the floor. It's hands-on work where accuracy matters and your attention to detail is noticed.
And this isn't a dead-end role. As you build experience, you'll have the opportunity to cross-train on helping and operating slitting and traverse winding lines, adding new skills that open more doors.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most packaging roles stop at packaging. This one gives you a path to learn production equipment over time through cross-training on slitting and traverse winding lines. You'll work on a team that is focused on building trust, where your input on safety, quality, and continuous improvement is part of the job. Experienced team members also get the chance to train others, so your knowledge is valued, not just your output. And with an early schedule plus voluntary weekend overtime, you get your afternoons back and you decide how much extra you want to earn.
