Material Handlers | 1st Shift | 16.00/hr | Forklift Experience Valued

Material handler openings on 1st and 2nd shift, $15.50 to $16.00/hr, including a temp-to-hire role and a short-term project.

• Pay: $16.00 an hour.
• 1st shift 8:00am-4:30pm
• 6 to 8 week project.
• Mandatory Saturdays during the last week of the month and month-end periods

Material handlers keep everything moving, and these openings put that skill to work at $16.00 an hour on weekday schedules in East El Paso.
Your forklift experience counts and this is a 6 to 8 week project.

Each role values equipment experience, and the 1st shift positions offer overtime during busy month-end periods.

On 1st shift, if you want something short-term, the 6 to 8 week project works mostly with a walk-behind forklift.

What You'll Be Doing

• Move materials and finished goods accurately using forklifts or walk-behind equipment
• Use RF scanners and computers to record inventory transactions (1st shift temp-to-hire role)
• Follow PPE and safety requirements on the floor, including hard hat, straps and safety glasses where required
• Support month-end volume with 10 to 12 hour days and the last Saturday of the month on 1st shift

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1st shift temp to hire: RF scanner, computer and forklift experience
• 1st shift roles: steel toe shoes and availability for 10 to 12 hour days and Saturdays at month-end
• Reliability and a safety-first mindset

Compensation & Work Model

• Temporary Material Handler (6 to 8 weeks, mostly walk-behind forklift): $16.00/hr, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed and mandatory Saturdays and 10 to 12 hour days at month-end.
• Work model: Onsite.

Onsite in East El Paso, TX. No travel required.
