General Labourer | Full-Time, Hands-On Work in Maple Ridge, BC | $21 to $22 per Hour

We're recruiting dependable General Labourers for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. You'll be part of a team that keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly, from moving and organizing materials to packaging, sorting, basic assembly, and making sure the workplace stays safe and clean.
Previous general labour experience is a bonus, but it isn't everything. If you show up consistently, take pride in your work, and are willing to learn, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping materials and supplies moving by loading, unloading, and organizing them so the operation runs smoothly.
- Supporting daily operations through material handling, sorting, packaging, and basic assembly.
- Setting the team up for a productive day by preparing materials, equipment, and workstations.
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe through housekeeping and general maintenance support.
- Catching problems early by visually inspecting materials and products for damage or quality concerns.
- Using basic hand tools and workplace equipment safely once trained and authorized.
- Following safety procedures and wearing required PPE to protect yourself and your team.
- Working with teammates to complete daily assignments and meet operational goals.
What We're Looking For - Experience in general labour, warehousing, production, or a similar hands-on environment is an asset.
- Ability to handle physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where daily priorities can change.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and help in different areas as needed.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- A genuine commitment to keeping the workplace safe and productive.
Compensation & Work Model $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
