Material Handler (Packing) | $17.25/hr | Monday to Friday Day Shift + Saturday OT

Entry-level packing role, Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, $17.25/hr, Saturday OT available. No forklift experience needed.

• Done by 2:30 PM every weekday, with Saturday overtime when you want more hours.

This Material Handler position is built for people who like steady, hands-on work and a schedule they can count on. You'll be packing plug-in air freshener product on a Monday to Friday first shift, with Saturday overtime available when the operation needs it.

It's an entry-level role, so you don't need a warehouse resume to get in the door. What you do need is reliability, a good work pace, and the drive to earn more through overtime and performance incentives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Packing plug-in air freshener product accurately and at a steady pace
• Keeping your area organized and your packing work moving on time
• Following work instructions and safety guidelines throughout your shift
• Picking up Saturday overtime shifts when needed

What We're Looking For

• Ability to pass E-Verify
• Ability to read and communicate in English at a basic working level
• Reliable transportation to and from work for every shift
• Availability Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, plus Saturdays as needed
• Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled facility
• A dependable attitude and a willingness to learn

Compensation & Work Model

• $17.25 per hour
• $1.00 raise upon hire after 90 days
• Pay-for-performance (PFP) incentives, overtime bonus opportunities, and additional employee incentives
• Work model: Onsite

Location & Travel
Location: Lebanon, TN
Reliable transportation is required to get to and from the site every shift. Please check your commute before applying.
The facility is not climate-controlled. All PPE (vest, gloves, etc.) is provided, and steel-toe boots are not required.
