As an EPJ Order Picker, you'll be picking customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse on a Monday to Friday first shift. It's active, physical work, and the pay reflects that at $20.25 per hour, with Saturday overtime as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking customer orders accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment
• Handling heavy product safely throughout your shift
• Learning the equipment and processes through provided training
• Picking up Saturday overtime shifts when needed

What We're Looking For

• Ability to pass E-Verify
• Ability to read and communicate in English at a basic working level
• Reliable transportation to and from work for every shift
• Availability Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, plus Saturdays as needed
• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout a full shift
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled facility
• Electric pallet jack experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Work Model

• $20.25 per hour
• $1.00 raise upon hire after 90 days
• Pay-for-performance (PFP) incentives, overtime bonus opportunities, and additional employee incentives
• Work model: Onsite

Location & Travel
Location: Lebanon, TN
Reliable transportation is required to get to and from the site every shift. Please check your commute before applying.
The facility is not climate-controlled, and this role involves heavy lifting. All PPE (vest, gloves, etc.) is provided, and steel-toe boots are not required.
