Join a growing distribution operation supporting one of the largest employers in the Smyrna area. TAPP Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift & Cherry Picker Operators to help keep a high-volume warehouse operation moving safely and efficiently. If you have experience operating a cherry picker or order picker and want a position with a genuine opportunity to go permanent, this could be a great next step.

What You'll Be Doing - Safely operate a motorized cherry picker/order picker to navigate narrow aisles and access upper-level racking
- Pick and prepare orders accurately for dealers, warehouses, and customers
- Use RF scanners or tablets to track inventory, complete relocations, perform cycle counts, and verify parts
- Move parts and pallets between receiving, storage, and picking locations
- Wrap, label, and stage completed orders for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all OSHA and company safety requirements
- Properly use harnesses, tethers, and other required fall-protection equipment when working at elevated heights
What We're Looking For - At least 6 months of experience operating a cherry picker, order picker, or similar warehouse equipment
- Comfortable working at heights of 15+ feet while using required safety equipment
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 35–50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to accurately read pick tickets and match part numbers
- Reliable transportation to the Smyrna, TN facility
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check, including a 7-year lookback
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $18.75–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and interview results
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Location: Smyrna, TN – Fully Onsite
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Overtime: Mandatory Saturdays, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
