What You'll Do

• Run OTR freight across an established 13-state network
• Direct client interview
• Work with flexible dispatch available across all seven days
• Operate within FMCSA Hours-of-Service regulations
• Maintain a professional and safe driving record
• Manage your truck and operation independently
• Build equity toward truck ownership

Freight Network Regular lanes include:
Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee and Oklahoma.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL issued in your state of residence
• Minimum age of 23
• At least 1 year of OTR experience within the last 3 years, OR 6 months of continuous OTR experience with a clean PSP and MVR
• Current DOT medical card and long form
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse
• No active SAP enrollment
• No DWI/DUI or drug and alcohol violations within the last 5 years
• No DOT-recordable accident within the last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years
• Fluent English communication
• Strong independent work ethic

Compensation Competitive compensation — negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
The program includes weekly settlements and eligibility for a quarterly safety bonus.

• Dallas & Houston, TX – 150-mile radius
• Tulsa & Oklahoma City, OK – 150-mile radius
• Atlanta, GA – 150-mile radius
• Charlotte, NC – 150-mile radius
• Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri and Tennessee – statewide
