Assembly Supervisor — Lead a Team That Powers the Future of Electronics
If you've ever wanted to be the person a production team actually looks up to — the one who trains them right, catches problems before they become costly, and keeps everyone moving safely and efficiently — this is that role. You won't be a name on an org chart; you'll be the person new hires learn from and the person your manager trusts to keep the line on schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership position in power electronics manufacturing, where precision and safety matter every single day. You'll have real ownership over how your team performs, not just a supervisory title.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assigning and verifying work orders, schematics, and specifications for your team
- Training new employees on assembly methods and troubleshooting hands-on issues
- Running in-process quality checks and repairing defects flagged by QC
- Keeping your manager ahead of anything that could impact the production schedule
- Owning safety compliance, work area standards, and tool maintenance on your line
- Managing scheduling, performance reviews, and hiring for your assembly team
What We're Looking For - 1–2 years of supervisory experience leading a team in a production or manufacturing setting
- A track record of leading teams to hit real business goals
- Comfort with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and forklift operation
- Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills, plus basic math proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership instincts
Compensation & Work Model Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process. This is an on-site role.
