What You’ll Be Doing
• Making 80+ outbound calls daily to daycare centers across targeted markets
• Identifying and connecting with Owners, Directors, and Administrators
• Clearly communicating a compelling value proposition
• Qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the sales representative
• Sending follow-up emails to reinforce conversations
• Maintaining accurate lead data (phone, address, decision-maker, email)
• Logging all activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM
• Managing follow-ups and nurturing warm prospects
• Handling objections with professionalism and persistence
What We’re Looking For
Experience
• 1–3 years in appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, or recruiting
• High-volume outbound calling experience required
Skills & Tools
• Strong phone presence with professional English communication
• Comfortable with CRM systems and activity tracking
• Ability to update and maintain clean prospect databases

Compensation & Work Model
• Base salary
• Incentive per qualified appointment set
• Performance bonus for exceeding weekly/monthly targets
• Fully Remote
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
