Customer Service Representative — Flex Shift
Location: Calgary, AB — Quarry Park
Schedule: Full-time, flex shift (Evenings & weekends as needed)
Work Model: On-site / Hybrid (3-5 days/week)
Reports to: Manager, Project Strategy & Enablement
The Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting a Gas Meter Exchange program. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate relights, and provide after-hours customer support—keeping service seamless and SLA targets on point.
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls during evenings and weekends
- Make outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments
- Coordinate relights and support dispatch
- Follow escalation procedures to get issues resolved fast
- Return voicemails promptly and document updates accurately
- Provide clear handoffs to the daytime team
What We’re Looking For - Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Confident, professional phone presence
- Calm under pressure and detail-oriented
- Comfortable following structured processes
- Call centre, dispatch, or utility experience a plus
Success Looks Like - Calls and relights handled within SLA
- Few missed callbacks after hours
- Accurate records and smooth handoffs
- Minimal escalations from coverage gaps
Pay $18–$20/hour, based on experience
