Aircraft Technician (Contract) 
Location: Bridgeport, WV
Pay Range: $30 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Aircraft Technicians to join our client’s aircraft maintenance team in Bridgeport, WV. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in heavy maintenance, inspections, and repairs with CRJ or Challenger aircraft.
Former military candidates with depot-level or phase inspection experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a contract role requiring personal tools, an FAA certificate, and the ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CRJ and Challenger aircraft.
• Conduct detailed inspections, modifications, and component replacements in compliance with FAA, OEM, and company standards.
• Accurately complete maintenance records, logbooks, and work cards.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with leads, supervisors, and fellow technicians to meet deadlines and maintain aircraft availability.
• Provide and maintain a personal set of tools for daily maintenance tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Aircraft Technician.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience with CRJ or Challenger airframes.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License strongly preferred.
• MRO / Heavy Maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot, Isochronal, or Phase inspections) is a plus.
• Must provide own tools.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
