This clinic operates in several locations in Alberta with a combined full-service pharmacy with walk-in medical clinics, providing integrated healthcare under one roof.
Clinic Network & Expansion
• Current Sites: Leduc (established), Drayton Valley (developing), and St. Albert (developing).
• Growth Strategy: Expanding beyond its flagship Leduc location to meet growing demand for primary care.
• Recognition: The Leduc site is an Alberta Health–approved Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, demonstrating alignment with provincial standards. Candidate Opportunity Highlights Compensation & Support
• Split: 75/25 revenue split (confirmation pending final contract).
• Relocation/Housing: May be considered for the right candidate, particularly in rural Drayton Valley.
• Incentives: No formal bonus structure, but incentives may be negotiated.
Work Flexibility
• Providers may also work in other facilities or on telehealth platforms outside of their Telford clinic hours.
• Schedules are negotiable at all sites.
Community & Practice Expectations
• St. Albert: Candidates should bring strong communication skills, a polished professional presence, and team-oriented collaboration for this higher-end patient base.
• Leduc & Drayton Valley: No additional community expectations beyond high-quality patient care.
Staffing & Patients
• Alberta sites already have physicians on staff, enabling Nurse Practitioners to be hired in advance of additional physicians.
• Patient demand is high: full waiting lists are already in place; new providers will have as many patients as they wish to see. Why Consider Telford Medical? • Immediate Patient Panels: Providers step into full caseloads from day one unless it is a brand new clinic.
• Growth Environment: Expansion into St. Albert and Drayton Valley allows candidates to shape new practices.
• Integrated Care Model: Built-in collaboration between physicians, NPs, and pharmacy staff.
• Flexibility: Negotiable schedules and freedom to maintain outside practice. •
