Forklift Operator

Location: Concord, NC
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd (8-hour shifts)

• 1st: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $19/hr
• 2nd: Mon–Fri, 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM | $20/hr
• 3rd: Mon–Fri, 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM | $20/hr
  Seasonal & potential contract-to-hire positions available

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
• Load/unload trucks and move freight safely
• Palletize, stock, and scan inbound/outbound shipments
• Verify pack-slips and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Complete daily forklift checklists and maintain logs
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 6+ months forklift/warehouse experience (preferred)
• Ability to read/write English and follow instructions
• Basic math and counting skills
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player

Physical Requirements

• Walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs. (with assistance if needed)
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, with moderate noise, dust, and changing conditions
