Business Development Representative (BDR) - Idaho Falls, ID
Contract-to-Hire | Healthcare SaaS | $43K base + commission (OTE $55K-$60K year 1)

Why This Role Matters
As a BDR, you'll be the engine of growth—identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects while setting meetings for Account Executives. This is the entry point to SaaS sales in healthcare, with a proven track record of promoting high performers into Account Executive and leadership positions quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct 70-80 outbound calls per day supported by emails and CRM sequences.
- Introduce prospects to our solutions and clearly communicate their value.
- Book discovery meetings and collaborate closely with Account Executives.
- Track and manage all activity in HubSpot/Salesforce while leveraging tools like Zoom, DocuSign, and Outreach.
- Share feedback to improve sales messaging and processes.
- Meet clear activity and opportunity-creation targets that lead to business growth.
Requirements:
- Drive and resilience matter most: whether your background is in door-to-door sales, education, real estate, insurance, or customer-facing work, what counts is persistence and energy.
- Strong phone presence—confident, articulate, and comfortable overcoming objections.
- Competitive and coachable, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Bonus: prior exposure to consultative selling or sales enablement tools.
Compensation & Growth:
- Contract-to-hire: $43,000 base (paid hourly equivalent during contract).
- OTE: $55K-$60K average in year 1.
- Paid training: full-time hours with dedicated coaching.
- Career acceleration: BDRs often advance to Account Executive roles in less than a year.
Schedule & location
- On-site | Idaho Falls, ID (brand-new office hub near Rexburg).
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
