Position: Customer-Focused Dispatcher ( Shifts - Part-time)
Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid - 20-30 hours/week)
Salary range: $21-$25/hour 
 
Objective:
We're seeking a dedicated Customer-Focused Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate service and installation schedules, handle customer inquiries, and dispatch field technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Your commitment to exceptional customer service, timely communication, and professional coordination will be key to delivering outstanding experiences for both clients and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Dispatch Coordination
• Manage incoming customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and online portals.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians for meter installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, customer interactions, and service schedules.
• Proactively communicate with customers about service updates, expected arrival times, and any delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as necessary for efficiency.
• Follow up on completed service requests to ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
