A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) Technician
Location: Tucson, AZ
Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented A&P Technician to join our client's maintenance team in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will have proven experience performing aircraft inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs within an MRO or heavy maintenance environment. This role requires a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) or Airframe (A) license, strong technical knowledge, and flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective actions on airframe, powerplant, and related systems.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and quality protocols in the hangar and on the line.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure aircraft availability and on-time performance.
• Provide and maintain a personal set of tools to support day-to-day work.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Technician.
• MRO / Heavy Maintenance experience or CRJ airframe experience required.
• Former military candidates with Depot, Isochronal, or Phase inspection experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) or Airframe (A) license required.
• Must provide own tools.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) to document and explain maintenance actions.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays) as required.
