Location: Westport Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA
Pay: $18 – $20/hr (based on experience)

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join their logistics team. You’ll coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, keep accurate records, and ensure materials and finished goods are processed to company and customer standards.

Key Requirement: Experience with PackManager (Nulogy) for shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipment
• Process outbound shipments (pallet verification, labeling, lot code checks)
• Maintain accurate inventory in PackManager (Nulogy)
• Partner with production/warehouse/transportation for on-time fulfillment
• Inspect materials; report discrepancies/damage
• Stage, organize, and track pallets
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Shipping & Receiving experience
• PackManager (Nulogy) experience — Required
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS)
• Basic math for counts/lot codes/inventory checks
• Able to lift/move/organize pallets
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork
