Inventory Control Clerk

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Pay: $18/hour with overtime opportunities
Schedule: Must be flexible to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts as needed (to cover PTO, vacations, or during low volume on 2nd shift)

Job Purpose:

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Verify pallet quantities and reconcile any discrepancies promptly
• Maintain and update inventory records and reports using Excel and Outlook
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines
• Support warehouse operations and assist other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience operating Order Selector (Cherry Picker)
• Strong basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
