2nd Shift Supervisor – Kitting & Co-Packing Operations

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Pay: $22–$24/hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities
Schedule: Must be flexible to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts as needed (to cover PTO, vacations, or during low volume on 2nd shift)

Job Purpose:

The 2nd Shift Supervisor will oversee daily kitting and co-packing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and team development. This role is essential in coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all kitting and co-packing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications
• Enforce adherence to company policies, safety standards, and production schedules
• Monitor key production metrics (output, efficiency, quality) and implement corrective measures when needed
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, and inventory teams to meet production demand
• Conduct audits and inspections, addressing any non-conformances with Quality Assurance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce waste
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment
• Provide regular performance updates and manage operational escalations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in kitting or production
• Hands-on experience with Nulogy Pack Manager
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and scheduling
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• 3–5 years of work experience in manufacturing or distribution (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
