Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Reno, NV
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. | Overtime Available

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Reno team. In this role, you will ensure proper receiving of incoming materials, maintain accurate inventory records, prepare products for shipment, and transport materials internally. You’ll work in a continuous improvement culture, supporting logistics to deliver on time and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport material within the facility
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners
• Manage shipping and receiving processes
• Maintain accuracy and ensure zero product delinquency
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and/or receiving
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Ability to regularly lift/move:

• Up to 25 lbs frequently
• Up to 50 lbs occasionally
• More than 75 lbs (with assistance)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of forklift operation experience
• 1+ years of RF scanner experience
• Ability to work at a fast pace and meet performance targets
