Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Feura Bush, NY 12067
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Pay: $20 P/h | Overtime Available

About the Role:

Join our Shipping & Receiving Team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of our logistics operations. In this position, you will receive incoming materials, maintain accurate inventory records, prepare products for shipment, and transport materials internally. You'll work in a strong continuous improvement environment, supporting best-in-class service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport material throughout the facility
• Pick and pack orders using an RF scanner
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks
• Ensure zero product delinquency and accuracy in records
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Contribute ideas for process improvements

What We’re Looking For:
Required:

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and/or receiving
• Ability to lift/move up to:
• 25 lbs regularly
• 50 lbs frequently
• 75+ lbs occasionally (with assistance)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred:

• 1+ years of forklift experience
• 1+ years of RF scanner experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
