Pay: $18 – $20/hour
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift positions available

Position Summary:

We are seeking Line Leaders to oversee packaging and kitting operations. This role is key to ensuring Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards are consistently met. As a Line Leader, you will supervise production teams, organize workflow, and support the achievement of daily goals.

Key Requirement:
Experience with PackManager (Nulogy) is strongly prioritized, as it is the primary platform used to manage our production lines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide production line staff, ensuring safety and quality compliance
• Plan, assign, and organize workflow to meet production schedules
• Train and motivate team members to ensure consistent performance and development
• Verify inventory details, lot codes, pallet accuracy, and quantities
• Accurately manage and record production data using PackManager (Nulogy)
• Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Proven experience using PackManager (Nulogy) (preferred and highly valued)
• Prior experience leading production lines; kitting experience is a plus
• Strong math skills for inventory control and lot code verification
• Computer proficiency and ability to work within production systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
