 NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technician

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday to Thursday | 4:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience)

Are you a hands-on technician with a sharp eye for detail and a strong background in packaging equipment maintenance? Join the team, a leader in packaging and distribution, and help keep our production running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on packaging equipment, including:
  
  • Shanklin Shrink Wrappers (Sealed Air)
  • Alloyd Blister Machines
  • Markem Inkjet Printers
  • Conveyors and tape machines
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectively
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs
• Work closely with production teams to support smooth operations
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with the equipment listed above
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with preventive maintenance on conveyors and tape machines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer use
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus
