We are seeking skilled Diesel Engine Mechanics to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside other experienced mechanics to service a wide range of equipment, with a focus on diesel engine repairs. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, setup and pre-delivery of new equipment, and managing all phases of the repair process.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in diesel engine repairs, technical training, or service mechanic industry
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulics 
• Prior experience with agricultural equipment will be considered an asset.
• Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
• High attention to detail with proper completion of reports, forms, and orders
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• A self-starter with a desire to succeed and grow in your career
• Must provide your own basic tools for repairs

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (9-hour day shifts)
• Overtime and occasional weekend work as needed
