We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Program Manager to oversee the operations of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation program, driving innovation and ensuring top-tier patient care.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead a diverse team of professionals, enhance program quality, and shape the future of rehabilitation services. Your leadership will directly impact patient outcomes, staff development, and customer satisfaction while driving financial success through strategic planning and budget management.
 
What You'll Do:

• Provide overall management and leadership for a multidisciplinary rehabilitation program.
• Develop and implement strategies for program growth, staff education, and quality improvement.
• Resolve operational issues, ensuring a seamless and patient-focused experience.
• Monitor and maintain budget compliance, identify opportunities for increasing reimbursement, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelors degree and a relevant license/certification, including one or more of the following:
• Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, orSpeech-Language Pathologist
• A current BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
