We are seeking a skilled Invasive Radiology Tech to join our client’s team and assist physicians in providing top-tier patient care during cardiovascular interventions. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact while developing your career in a supportive environment.
As an Invasive Radiology Tech, you will provide essential technical support during patient preparation, intra/post-interventional procedures, and patient monitoring. You’ll also be responsible for the safe operation of radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment as well as specialized imaging devices used in various cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures. Additionally, you will serve as a key patient/family educator, providing guidance and support throughout the procedure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with patient preparation and intra/post-procedural care.
- Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor physiologic patient data and assist with direct patient care.
- Manage supplies and devices necessary for cardiovascular procedures.
- Educate and advocate for patients and their families during the care process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications: - Education:
- Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology required.
- Bachelor of Science preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology with a current Florida license.
- Advanced certifications (such as Cardiac-Interventional Radiography, Vascular-Interventional Radiography, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography) required or 3 years of experience may be substituted for advanced certification.
- CCI Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) certification required.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience may be required in lieu of advanced certification.
