Community Outreach Fundraiser

About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a real impact? We are hiring Community Outreach Fundraisers to help drive support for critical healthcare initiatives. You'll be engaging with the public, sparking meaningful conversations, and encouraging individuals to contribute to a cause that transforms lives. Key Responsibilities:

• Public Engagement: Represent the organization at various public venues, using creative engagement strategies to raise awareness and promote support.
• Inspire and Inform: Share compelling stories and program highlights to educate and motivate potential donors.
• Achieve Fundraising Targets: Work toward individual and team goals to ensure the success of the fundraising efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive and high-energy team, exchanging ideas and celebrating collective achievements.

• Confident Communicator: Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Personable and Approachable: A friendly, relatable approach that encourages open dialogue.
• Goal-Driven: Previous success working toward targets or KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and Resilient: Comfortable working outdoors in different settings and adapting your approach as needed.
• Empathetic: Sensitive to different backgrounds and capable of conveying the mission authentically.

  
Compensation & Benefits:

• Base wage of $20 + $4.00/hr professionalism bonus + campaign-specific incentives.
• Two (2) weeks paid vacation annually.
