Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Location: 1815 Couchville Pike, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122
Pay Rate: $18.75 – $21.95/hour (based on shift)
Schedule: Multiple shifts available; highest demand on 3rd shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating reach trucks and other equipment to move, store, and prepare products for shipping in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks to move, stack, and organize products and materials safely and efficiently
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in product type and quantity
• Load and unload materials, placing them in designated areas such as racks, bins, or staging zones
• Read production schedules, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or prepared
• Sort and place inventory according to product code, size, type, or color
• Assist in staging and conveying customer orders to packing or shipping areas
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience (reach truck operation required)
• Certification or experience operating reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm | Monday – Friday | $18.75/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm | Monday – Friday | $20.25/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am | Sunday – Thursday | $20.75/hr
• Weekend Overnight A: 10:00pm – 6:30am | Saturday – Thursday | $21.95/hr
• Weekend Overnight B: 10:00pm – 4:30am | Saturday – Tuesday | $21.95/hr
• Note: Highest availability and hiring priority are currently on 3rd shift.
